• Image creation — describe what you want and AI will create a picture for you.
• Chat — have a conversation with Albert, our friendly AI assistant.
• Letter writing — AI helps you write letters, emails, and notes.
• Photo enhancement — restore old photos, add colour, remove backgrounds, and improve image quality.
• Photo descriptions — get a detailed description of what is in a photo.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You agree not to share your account with others or let anyone else use your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI for Old Men responsibly. You must not:

• Create content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.
• Attempt to bypass content moderation or safety filters.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.

Subscription and Payments

AI for Old Men offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual Property

You own the content you create using AI for Old Men. This includes any pictures, letters, or other creations made with our tools. You are free to use, share, print, or distribute your creations as you wish. The AI for Old Men brand, logo, and service design remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

AI for Old Men is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruptions to the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of the service after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
